Plan&Go is a management tool that integrates the aspects of planning and budget, and through analytical resources allows managers and executives to have constant monitorization and updates.
This integrated solution is transversal to the entire organization and shaped according to the structure of existing responsibilities. In addition to creating automatisms that streamline the entire administrative process, it features a decision support system based on execution indicators and alerts.
All documents generated by the application can be exported to Word, Excel and PDF. For greater information integrity, an approval workflow was established, which requires that, at the planning phase, every Activity and Budget Plan proposal is validated by an executive manager. In the execution phase, the workflow system also enables to define prior validations and authorizations, concerning expenses to be made or resources acquisition. The monitoring system for goals execution generates alerts, allowing the managers of projects/actions to have a proactive approach, allowing whenever necessary, the introduction of corrective actions.
